We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings in front of a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for the contents
As a supplier of services pursuant to Sec. 7, Para. 1 German Teleservices Act (GTA), we are responsible under general law for the proprietary contents on these pages. Pursuant to Sec. 8 to 10 GTA, as a supplier of services, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted, transferred or stored third-party information or investigate circumstances suggesting illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. However, any liability in respect of this is only made possible from the date when the Supplier became aware of a specific infringement. On being notified of such infringements, we will immediately remove said content.
Liability for links
Our website contains links to external websites over which we have no influence. For this reason, we cannot accept liability for third-party content. The respective provider or operator of any linked website is the sole party responsible for its contents. These sites were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking to them. They contained no apparent illegal content at that time.
Any permanent control of linked pages is unreasonable without any concrete evidence of a violation. We will immediately remove said links on being notified of such violations.
